I'm just starting to get acquainted RPM and I'm attempting to use HEM with it (that's new for me too).

One table works great, HUD works fine after getting the text shrunken down to a reasonable size LOL. With 2 tables initially the HUD's would rotate one seat poistion every hand or two, but only on the second table. I'd have to drag all of them back where they belonged.

After changing a bunch of settings it got better but it still did a few weird things. My mouse wouldn't click on the tables on one occasion; the mouse would move but not click, LOL. Restarted everything and it was back to 'normal.' I never tried more than two tables.

I made some progress but I'm just wondering if after a bunch of effort if it's still gonna be glitchy; if it is I'll abandon the idea now. However if others are using it successfully then I'll keep going.

I'm using the trial HEM version downloaded today if that matters.

HEM works perfect for me. You have to have a preferred seat in the client, and set it up on HEM and it should work fine.

Hi, and thanks for the info. To set the preferred seat in the client .... Do you mean I need to set the seat selection at each table using the Chair icon button on the Chat pullout within each table's window. Or is there a global setting in RPM somewhere that sets it for all the same type tables. If there's a global setting I haven't found it yet and that might be my problem.

I cant find the setting right now, but if you click the chair, it should give you an option to sit there all the time. Somehow I am always seat 3 at 6 max and seat 5 FR, but I cant recall right now how this has happened.

Sit in a game. Switch to mini view. Click the chat tab. Click on the chair icon. Should be able to set preference from there. Match it up in HEM and you are on your way.

Mine HEM works fine on 4 tables, although I sometimes have experienced the glitches you are talking about, like the bet buttons not working and tables freezing up, etc. It probably only happens 1% of the time though.

Someone also recommended that I update my flash player to fix the glitches, I did that and it seemed to do the trick.

Thanks Waffle, I did use that procedure and oddly after selecting the desired seat on the first window, it defaulted to the same seat in the second window. Great. On the third window I had to manually grab the desired seat because it had moved and didn't follow the first table/window's seat selection.

I also believe when I added the third window it shifted some HUD locations on the second window, or at least they seem to have gotten jumbled up after adding the third table. (All the tables were 6's)

Happily, once I got all three tables and HUD's sorted it stayed intact and didn't lock up for the hour or so I messed with it; so I'm making progress. It's probably one of those hundreds of settings in HEM I haven't found yet. LOL

Does it matter which is started first ? HEM or RPM ?

nope doesnt matter which you start first.
in HEM options you also have to select the preferred seat and set up heros tablename (your SN).

My PT3 hud does some of the same things, it's pretty frustrating to constantly move every hud on every player back into place

I've managed to get 2 tables working well, the hud stats are popping up in the correct positions. Even the third window is behaving pretty well but the 4th window huds will be rotated around a couple of seats usually. I'm still working on it but I think I may need to go to the HEM table manager window and re-save positions after correcting EACH table (2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.) to somehow 'teach' the seat locations for that table. It doesn't seem to learn from the first table how to set up the remaining similar tables. Kinda, maybe, I'm not sure but that's what I'm going to try the next time. LOL
