Affiliates and Rakeback Affiliates and Rakeback

I just signed up as an affiliate. I didn't see anything about rakeback in the affiliate FAQ.

My question is how, if at all, this affects the ability of anyone who signs up through me to get rakeback directly from the site?

You should ask this question to your affiliate manager and not on 2+2 ...

My affiliate manager? Ok if they tell me who that is maybe I'll ask him or her.

It seems like a very general question that anyone considering being an affiliate would be interested in.

You get an affiliate manager appointed and his info is either shown when you log into your affiliate account on the website or gets sent to you by email.

As a general how to: First an affiliate campaign needs to be created and you get a special link or tracking code that people have to use when they sign up in order to benefit from the deal that you advertise. What exactly that is and how much rakeback % has to be negotiated with the affiliate manager first, otherwise the people you refer get on a default campaign.

Well at this point the login that they sent me doesn't even work so I guess I won't be signing anyone up for a while.

Affiliate applications are reviewed by an affiliate manager who will be in contact with you within 2 business days of your submission.

Your login will not work immediately because your application is likely yet to be approved. Keep an eye out in your inbox for an e-mail from an affiliate manager who will be following up shortly. Thank you for your patience.

After waiting for almost 4 full days to get my account opened I am still waiting an additional two days to get this simple question answered (which I have submitted by email twice).

Why is the response level so bad?
