When will we get our $109 tickets for the 10k hands promo?
I want to play the $109 tourney tomorrow but don't want to buy in for cash. Usually the tickets are awarded quickly, I just wanted to remind support that the reason I want the $109 ticket is because of tomorrows tournament. I know you guys won't give a refund if I buy-in for cash so I really want to get the ticket before the event starts.

Support is down for today March 24th.. so I left an inquiry but no response so far.


Please distribute the $109 / $11 tickets that were earned before these two big tourneys begin :x
