Does anyone know if there is any rakeback offers for william hill poker

Do not play with this crowd, the worst customer service i have ever had in my life and i have signed up with lots of poker sites and sportsbook. It takes a hour to get a reply online and when you phone you can be on hold for half a hour without a answer and then you get cut off.If you get on to someone they promise to ring back but dont and are rude and unprofessional. One rep even had to cheeck to hang up on me. Avoid at all costs.

horrible support, waiting since 2 months for my full bonus....

been with them for nearly 2 years now, on level 5, online support has been very quick for me, and emails also replied timely. had troubles with my account awhile back was fixed quite quick. havent tried calling them before so donno what they are like for phone support.
