Hi there all,
Let me start this off by introducing myself to the forum. I am the new Director and CEO of Poker Nordica and have been in this role since November 2009.
Thank you for all of the extremely valued feedback regarding the recent problems with withdrawals, however I do need to come in and clarify things from our perspective in order to clear our name in this matter. It is only unfortunate that this thread was just brought to my attention today.
If you are not aware of who does our processing for deposits and withdrawals, please note that this is
not done on our side and this is actually done by Merge Gaming themselves and the problems with the late withdrawals since December has been 100% on their side and not on our side at all.
This problem was experienced throughout the network on the sites that use the Merge Gaming Processing services and this was entirely out of our hands.
I have been in constant contact with the CEO of Merge Gaming throughout this ordeal and have been on them to release player withdrawals faster and throughout the battle, I have been 100% with our players because our players are the most valuable asset to us and we would like to keep them happy.
I would also like to say that as of yesterday, 16th of February 2010, I received personal confirmation from the CEO of Merge Gaming that this problem has been sorted out and by the end of this week, all processing times of withdrawals will be down to the standard times and players will not need to worry about making a withdrawal because these will get to you faster.
On another note, I would like to mention that last week in a conference call with Merge Gaming, we were informed that by the middle of this year, withdrawal amounts on certain Web Wallets (to start) will be increased from the standard $2,500 at the moment to a substantially higher amount. This amount has not yet been released, but it is going to be much better for the players.
Coupled with the higher withdrawal amounts, Merge Gaming also released last week that some extremely powerful brands will be joining the network, which is going to increase the amount of action by up to 5 times, which is going to give us the ability to run even bigger promotions with our players.
So, to conclude this, I would like to ask existing players, as well as player who are looking to join with Poker Nordica, that they fear not about getting their money back when wanting to make a withdrawal and join with us. We are not here to take your money and keep it and we are certainly a scam site.
If any players experience slow withdrawals from the end of this week, I would like to ask that you contact
support@pokernordica.com and ask for your email to be forwarded to myself and I will personally ensure that it is taken care of faster.
Best regards,
Mike Eloff
