I do the tactical puzzles on chess24 each day and I've completed all the free courses on there (they are very, very basic though). What resources should I use to study?

I know people who were unable to get to 2000 in 40 years. Usually local chess clubs have a lot of such players.

what would you say is the best free way to learn for a player of my abilities?
I've been looking at a few youtube videos but just random ones here and there.
Does anyone know of a good series of videos or other free resources?
thanks in advance

The best bang for the buck on the market is probably watching Svidler's banter-blitz sessions on chess24. You can find them on youtube also.
