FYI, Namakura has NEVER won a world blitz championship. A cuban named Lenier Dominguez won last year, Vassily Ivanchuk the year before, and Grischuk in 2006. Grischuk, whom many believe to be the current strongest blitz player in the world recently won a very strong blitz championship in Moscow, ahead of Morozevich, Karjakin, Jakovenko, etc. Anand is definitely up there for both blitz and rapid, as well as slow.
Either of Kasparov or Fischer probably could have given 5-2 time odds to Nakafatguy and won most of the games when they were in their prime.
OTB blitz: clearly, Grischuk is very good but not as dominating as Fischer was; nevertheless,
online, IMHO Nakamura isn't much worse (if any) compared to Grischuk. Obviously, you're very likely correct to think that there is nobody clearly better than Grischuk at blitz today as proven by results among peers.
IMHO, Kasparov's forte was not blitz ( consider a famous "faux pas" he committed at the World Chess Festival's blitz championship - the event Tal won ), and I'd guess that Fischer in his prime could offer 5-2 to almost anyone ( there would be no more than a dozen or so exceptions in history ) and be at least a slight favorite. IMHO, Kasparov ( even in his prime ) giving 5-2 time odds to Nakamura would not be a favorite.
