Sounds like something the Backyard Professor would say, and he probably learned it from Silman.

Seriously though, be careful about moving pawns. Ill-conceived pawn moves are extra bad because unlike other pieces, the pawn can never go back to where it was.

I designed the above for myself. Before I finalize it, please comment. Should I put anything on the back? If so what? Like "My poker is better than my chess" or "Chess > Poker" or "All in Mate"

Should it be 2+2 = a bishop + pawn or knight + pawn?

Back should say something about how often chess playing poker nerds (or poker playing chess nerds) get laid.

This isn't math. Means, "we are kings". On the back I prefer "All-in, Mate" to "Mate Me".

Finally won against Greek guy. 60 move resignation. I played poorly early and was -2 at some point and didnt gain advantage until his 49th move. Was kind of a cumbersome endgame.

Think I'm going to take some time off from correspondence chess and just play live 15/10 games for a while.
