Problem with Gammon Empire
Hello
My name is Svilen Dimitrov.I have played about an year and a half in gammon empire. In the beginning of this year they decided to close my account, saying that they think i am a bot and they will investigate.Every day I wrote them letters that i am not a bot,and that i am ready to be tested (live game or i offered them to watch me playing as I have a web cam).No answer at all.I wrote again and again, and I was thinking there is some mistake, but anyway if they have doubts I was ready to play and show my skills. My average error rate is not something great (4.2 during my training sessions for more than 500 matches, although last month I played better),and in their site I played 5.5-6 (i am a little bit nervous when losing money, and my game is getting definitely worse after a bad streak). That is 100% correct,as i am lazy to analyse all my games every day (20-30% of the games are not analysed),but it would be quite close. After great thinking for more than 2 weeks they finally answered and asked me if I can be vouched by a known player. I have
played some of the best in their site, but I am not close with anyone of them, so my answer was no. Right on the next they said that I am a bot, and of course that was the last letter from them.I am asking anyone of you, who has some idea what can I do against them pleae let me know,I will be very glad! (Oh and if you wonder, I had 2500$ in the account, but the hell with the money, that is not the point) Want can a player do when his account is closed and he is sure he has not cheated?
Thanks for all your answers in advance,I am sorry if that was long and bothering, but I need advices.
Regards
Svilen

Re: Problem with Gammon Empire
Do you have any idea what could have brought on this accusation?
Also posting all the emails (both yours and their responses) might help.

They said they have found software aid and that was all. No explanation of what criteria they used and what led them to that decision. I can post my e-mails (may be 20) and their responses (exactly 2),if you think that will help,no problem

There is likely zero chance, that they will tell you how they came to that conclusion, since it's pretty standard for sites (poker or bg) to withhold information about their measures to find bots. Even though that is very frustrating if you're innocently accused, then there are of course very good reasons for them not to divulge this info. However if you have send 20 emails and they only have responded twice, then that reflects pretty poorly on them given the severity of the issue.
If you are accurate about your error rates then it is quite puzzling, that you would be "caught" in a bot check. There are probably things they look for besides error rate, but for the most part a low error rate would be the first thing they look for, I would guess.
I don't think it would hurt to post the two responses they sent to you in their full form (maybe along with the emails you sent that they responded to). No point in posting all the emails they never responded to.

Hello,
If you play any offline tournaments or can be vouched by any known player, please provide these details.
Regards,
John
Hello
i have played offline tournaments only in Bulgaria, but unfortunately they are not major tournaments in which a lot of famous players participate.I will do my best to go in Cyprus in April,if you want to meet me there it will be my pleasure.I am not acknowedged of any other recent major tournaments and I am not very financially stable to take part whenever there is such a tournament.I have played Mochy and Trabolt in your site, but that were just money games,we talked but they are not my friends to vouch for me. If there is a way to test me online , I have a webcam so you can watch and talk to me all the time.
Regards
Hello,
We’ve found your games to be software-aided.
Therefore, the account will remain closed.
You’re not allowed to open any new account on our system in the future.
Regards,
John

Re: Problem with Gammon Empire
Gammonempire, belonging to the Skillempire-network,is a crooked company based in Israel-TelAViv(as so man crooked gambling companies).
Alone this fact,(based in Israel) should make your alarm bell ringing if you have any experience with onlinegambling, cause so many problems happened with companies from there.
There are HUNDREDS of cases over the last years Empire didnt pay,and they find always accusations which you cant defend against: Ratingmanipulation,Multiaccounting,Softwareusing,o r sometimes they dont accuse and reply at all, they simply STEAL ("confiscate")your hard earned cash.
This belongs to all of the skins,no matter if Play65,Primebackgammon or the likes.
I have been working a while for such a skin, and skillempire is even stealing from the skins, not only from customers. After they ve sold software and licenses, they rob the skins as they rob the players.
They claim to give some money from botaccounts back to the cheated players, however,i dont know a single one who ever got a penny back, and i know a lot of them.
They have cost me 5-digit some years ago,and that they hate to pay is not a secret, and its not new.
You should google a bit, and will find out the truth BEFORE you invest time and cash.
Theres no help for you except you learn from it.
Forget you money and sleep better, thats all you can do.
