Anything good for android?

So I have backgammon NJ but I want an app similar to words with friends, where my friends and I can play without it being continuous (you get alerted once your friend has moved or w/e).

Surely there's something out there that has this...right?

It has an iPhone app, your friend with an Android can access it on his PC/laptop/tablet/etc. My User ID there is 'SexyJosem'

Weird, the app looks perfect. I downloaded it onto my iPhone and then, whenever I try to connect to a friend, it suddenly exes out of the app...yours works fine tho?

Pretty annoying cuz it's exactly what I want...

I think, strongest on android is actually nj backgammon. After the match or moneygame u can send it per email to your pc and run the xg analyse. I played many matches and it had in average a 1,8 PR

I haven't read any mention of Advanced Backgammon which I have on my iPhone/iPad. I like to play Acey Deucey, and this is the only backgammon ap I have found with AD as an option.

I've never played the backgammon option, but suspect the opponent moves are as predictable and as single minded as in the Acey Deucey play. I play many AD games on a real board and have never encountered strings of doubles or 1-2 rolls for my opponent or me that issue forth from this ap. I win about 2/3rds of the games and would like a better challenge. Any suggestions?

eXtreme Gammon Mobile, for the iPhone and iPad, is just about finished with its beta cycle. According to Ken Bame, one of the beta-testers, it is due to be released in a week or so. Ken does not work for XG, so his remarks are not official. Upon its release, XG Mobile will immediately become a contender for the strongest/best backgammon app for the iPhone and iPad.

Touch choice actually. Many apps at the market right now, but no one is perfect.

NJ backgammon - good single play, lacking online, generally good.
eXtreme gammon - lacks android version. Otherwise looks like a good app.
Backgammon Masters - strong online and graphics, but not so good single player.

I play them all actually.
