I played b/16, XG mobile said I make a very bad play and suggested b/19, 18/15. b/16 was considered even worse than breaking the 4/5/6 points. Why is it like that? I thought b/16 and b/19 18/15 were almost the same.

Try going to the MindGamesCenter site, and pasting an ID from XG or GnuBg. You may have trouble with GnuBg, however, because the web site has not been upgraded to use the form of the GnuBgID that is generated in version 1.04.
MindGamesCenter.com
Also, please paste the ID in your message. If you cannot make the diagram work, someone here can use it to generate a diagram for you. Even if you do get the diagram working, you should still include the ID in your message. That way, readers can easily enter your position into their bots if they want to.

GnuBg users: Here is the form of the GnuBg that works at MindGamesCenter:
Position ID: 4HPwATDgc/ABMA
Match ID: cAkFAAAAAAAA
It should be on two lines as above. Here is the same ID as produced in version 1.04:
4HPwATDgc/ABMA:cAkFAAAAAAAA
By splitting the version 1.04 ID where the colon is in the middle, and then adding the extra words, you should be able to form the two-line version that you can enter at the web site.

XG mobile doesn't give an ID, I attempted to manually generate an ID from that position but failed. Is that any tool that I could generate an ID by setting up the board?

Yes, there is a very good one authored by Simon Woodhead. It is called bglog.org, and has been used to create diagrams for several books and web sites. You can set up the checkers, and then get the XGID using the following steps:
  1. Go to bglog.org
  2. Click to add Black checkers as needed.
  3. Click the point number to clear a point.
  4. Open the Edit menu by clicking “Edit.”
  5. Click “Swap Turn” so you can enter the Red checkers.
  6. Click to add Red checkers as needed.
  7. If it is Black’s turn, click “Swap Turn” when you are finished entering the Red checkers.
  8. Use the Edit menu to set match score, cube settings, and dice.
  9. Open the Settings menu by clicking “Settings.”
  10. Click “Off-board data” to open that submenu.
  11. Click “Show GNUbg/XG IDs.”
  12. Close the menu, and copy the XGID from the bottom of the screen. (First drag your mouse across it to select it; then press Ctrl+C to place a copy on the Windows clipboard.)
Now you have an XGID you can take to MindGamesCenter.com. Remember to post the XGID is your final message here as well.

Hope this helps.

Why don't you start by counting the number of ways White can hit Black after each play.
