Have the solutions in Mr. Robertie's book Modern Backgammon been verified by applications like XG? Ronald Reagan said trust but verify.

Also if Robertie would not be the moderator here, i would say that modern backgammon is the most brilliant book ever written about the subject. Robertie has put ¨method to the madness¨ like no one else. Suppose XG would disagree at certain points, then we could argue if that which is good for XG is also necessarily good for us. Mr. Robertie has provided wonderful rules of thumb which let you bridge years of toil.

By the way, what has politics to do with backgammon.

The book was written in 2002 and the solutions have not (so far as I know) been verified in XG.

Right, but lest we be left with the misapprehension that no bot was used, can you say whether you used Snowie or Jellyfish?
