When we choose not to move the back checkers then I think option 2 is better than option 1
since both leave a 4-prime but option 2 is much safer.
The main question is: do we have to move the back checkers?
or: If we don't will our front position fall apart?
The race: 154 - 144, black is behind in the race.
This suggests we should stay on the anchor.
After option 2 black can play 29 pips without harming his anchor or his 4-prime.
White can play 27 pips without harming his anchor or his 3-prime.
So even when white's position might improve (for instance after making the 5-point or 4-point),
it will break (on average) earlier than the black position.
White only has 2 builders for making the 5-point since the bar- and 8-point are under anchor-control.
So black will probably have the chance to jump with a {36,35,34,26,25} for instance when white has stripped his midpoint.
If i had to choose between options 3 and 4, I would choose option 3 since this one is safer and rather effective for eventually escaping a back checker.
