You will need some place online to store your image, such as a photobucket.
Once you have a place to upload images from GNU select file/save as, then select position and png. This will save a png of your position. Upload to you file sharing site, and then use the image button at the top of the message edit box to include it in your post.
This is for this forum, some other forums allow to use some of the HTML based image creation functions to post positions.
