Why are people religious - Page 14 - Religion, God, and Theology

You need not say "I'm confident" in order to sound confident. You seem like you're ready to answer no matter what is said. That strikes me as confidence. But then you seem to say that you can't make any points on your own. You made a lot of noise in the other thread, but you didn't bring a clear argument to the table.

What should I expect to read from you in this thread?

As I've explained, it seems like you're ready for absolutely anything. It looks like you're positioning yourself for the kill shot like you've got him trapped in a corner and no matter what comes your way, you're ready with an answer.

Now let's say he said "God was always that way." What would you say?

I grant that his answer may be an unlisted third item (as it was), but you seem ready to answer either possibility. So let's see your answers.
