Re: To Realize That We're God

Why are you having such a hard time connecting God and the mind? They are one and the same, one in the same.

How can your mind not be God? I say "your" (mind) as if you are a separate entity than God, and this probably hurts your visualization, so connect them.

God (a true reason for existence, not just chance) cannot not know you. You did not grow from a reason as a mistake, and your existence can't not be known about. Stop putting God out there as if God is unreachable. Think on your own about this. You are an observable being observing life. If God couldn't observe life life wouldn't exist. The very fact you have to think about that shows why it's a fact.

Re: To Realize That We're God

why the **** is no one responding

do you not understand

or just not know what to say

if it's that you don't know what to say

then ok

but

if it's that you disagree

then say so

I'm not here

wasting my time

I'm ****ing trying hard

to make these rhymes

so that maybe you'll see

because it's shown in a different way

that God isn't like in the old days

that was then and

this is now

we've changed everything else

so why stop now

don't you wonder

what the limits are

do you even wonder

what I mean by that

what the limits are

what are the limits

what are limits

are there limits

I don't think so

I mean I used to

but now I don't think so

because what I'm limited to

I'm starting to think is nothing

I actually think that when I die

I will not die

and

I will be able to show you a sign

that I'm still alive

ok I'll stop talking to those who don't know what I'm talking about

and start talking to those who do

did you even know

that I was talking to you

too

you may think you understand

but I don't think you do

know exactly what it is

that you can do

because you know God

it will be easier to start

and believe me

when I tell you

that you need to start

feeling like what it feels like inside

when you know

God

is you

“Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. Heres Tom with the Weather.”

I'm paraphrasing Patrice O'Neal a bit, "but the problem with some people that speak some truths (deemed a crazy, or a troll) is they shove marbles in their ass, so no one listens.."

Of course, I'm probably being trolled...

I'm paraphrasing Oscar Levant a bit, “but there's a fine line between people who shove marbles in their ass because they don't know any better and people who shove marbles in their ass because they do.”

In my case you're better off erasing that line.

Re: To Realize That We're God

You are limiting yourself in so many ways it's not even funny, will you ever stop?

God is the "intelligence". God isn't the superhero who comes down and defeats all the bad guys with nunchuck skills. God is thought of as more patient, like a process. God is the process that grows a tree, or flows the water. It's what knows how it works.

That intelligence also manifested into an intelligence which observes itself.

It's like it knows itself in a way that can only happen through a process. But the ability to allow that to happen also comes with the ability to take over the thought process itself and alter it.

Do you ever think it's strange that in the story of Adam and Eve God created a tree of life, in which if this tree is eaten from you live forever? The tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil are the only trees mentioned by name. Adam and Eve are only told about the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. And when they ate from it they became like God and knew good and evil.

God then saw that if Adam and Eve ate from the tree of life they would live like God, forever.

They would live. Like. God. Forever.

Living like God forever was a possibility.

God

made

the

tree

for

this

to

be

possible

Now understand that if Adam and Eve ate from the tree of life while never first eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil they would have lived forever but unlike God in the way that they didn't know about good and evil. If God intended life to be this way God would have never needed to make the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. But God did.

And then God tempted us with it.

So the question is why did God make the tree of life in the first place? God made the tree of life to be learned about only after eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil first. The story says that God has the tree of life guarded. If we were to eat of the tree of life we would live forever, as God does. Yet the tree of life still lives.

Sinning is to the tree of the knowledge of good and evil as not sinning is to the tree of life.

Re: To Realize That We're God

I have this vision stuck in my head from when I was a real young boy. I was in my back yard around evening time just as the sun was making it's way to where it was going to go down. The grass was green and thick but the weather was not hot so it had to be late spring early summer, or fall.

The feeling came over me that life was not going to turn out the way I was expecting it to. This carried a very heavy negative connotation. It was disappointment. It was disheartening.

I find it odd that someone at such a young age would even be able to think that. Because at the time I didn't even know what it meant. It just felt heavy and true.

This vision has stuck with me close to thirty years. Up until now in a lot of ways it has been a truth for me, and now I know why. That thought that entered my mind was not a truth, it was a weakness. The world around me infected this weakness into me with its inconsistency and instability. My imagination has sensed it from birth and it has manifested itself into a thought that for many years controlled my life.

Inside some peoples head this thought would have brought excitement, a challenge, from the world itself, to come find out all of its possibilities. But not mine. Mine showed itself with weakness. Every single person alive has had weakness manifest itself inside of each of them in a way that steals life. It needs to be recognized. It want's to be recognized. What you are seeing is an opposite - an opposite of what is really there. And that is the purpose.

Because seeing the other side is the first step to knowing that it is there.

BigErf, if you will. Please do describe what you wish to discuss without using the word God, you will articulate your point endlessly better. A significant swarf of haters are going to hate just from seeing the word God. Love the haters back by minimising their opportunities to criticize. The information you are trying to share will not make it through a comfort zone that doesn't already include it without the highest degree of diplomacy.

Second to that, you seem to be stuck at a point where you require external verification of your beliefs in order to justify the moral stance that will accompany you for the rest of your journey. The peace of mind you seek can only come from within. That said, the dance with insanity is intense and the bulk of the madness was effectively random logic leaps away from the "I'm the only one that gets this" branch.
I'm not, you're not. We are a rarity though. Congratulations, hopefully my actions prevent your ego from exploding, devastating those around you and spoiling significant chapters of your life.

Thirdly. Abstract time. You are as much me as I am as much you. I do not wish to return to a singular consciousness as I remember the loneliness. Imagine solitary confinement for say, infinite time. With 'only' the minds resources in a void for a prison, creating a few alternative personalities sounds like some great entertainment. And so, like the ultimate picking up one of an infinite number of kaleidoscope's and observing the various shades it's light can create, so we are 'born' until the illusion is no longer adequate.
Protect or destroy the illusion, it's your choice. Just try not be surprised when karma starts making more sense. As, who better to judge you. Than you.

Fourthly. 288~ hours since quitting cannabis. Never touching it to begin with would of been ideal. Ignorance would of been so very bliss. For what it's worth, even at full awareness there is enough mystery written into the script to entertain an entire existence, however long you chose to live.
The real kicker starts when you open conversations at too high a level for another persons current story and so instead of hearing what you said, are alternatively listening to you talking about something else for the exact same span of time and then respond with what sounds like irrelevant information to you, as the sequence of events can only to be grasped through quantum interpretations. So, after the first few unintentional jumps while doing your best to maintain a solid Mona-Lisa-Esque look for the benefit of the less aware, the will to level people up diminishes unless you choose to counter, dispersing frustration and pushing forward towards the ubermensch.

My recommendation is to take the path that allows you maximum happiness and every opportunity to develop your moral character while never giving up, especially on yourself. You will flow towards your own limits and if you don't get in your own way via the resistance of fear and doubt your story can be as rewarding as you dreams. Morals over Vices

All the best with your adventure, may your soul be good when others would falter.

I

Chelsea.

Or maybe not leaps away. Ever wonder what would happen if you collected each of those brief moments of random prophecies? Maybe I'm the only one that "gets this" not because I'm inherently specialer than anyone else but because I'm the only one who is gettings this.

Tonight I had a discussion with my psychologist about obsession. I asked him why it was bad to obsess about something that makes you feel alive. He told me because I wasn't in control then. At the point where it takes over and uses me instead of me using it is when it becomes a problem.

I don't know.

At the source? Love! Trust yourself and very little external corruption can hold you back, as you get better at it, only a fear of nothingness can. Eventually, only you, can hold you back.
And fear, my good friend, that is the illusion.
