I was wondering if anyone has ever read Eckhart Toelle's book The Power of Now? Very good read for everyone to check out. Also has any one ever bumped into: http://www.truthcontest.com/

I wanted to share a story. I once posted about this site but wanted to see if anyone has ever read any of these sources. After I read the truthcontest my life changed completely. I felt Awake. Spiritually awake as if I had been reborn what Eckhart says an Ego death.

Through that process, I went to some a very bizarre moments in my life where I even spent time at a psyche ward for being diagnosed manic. I took meds lithium and other **** but someone managed to be able to live a comfortable life today and feel great. I still don't know what happened to me that day and I always think about if.

I found a guy on youtube who explained it perfect and he runs a channel called Bipolar of waking up.
