The "logical contradiction" that I think VeeDDzz is trying to get at is something like "light is both a wave and a particle." There are ways to try to read wave-particle duality as being contradictory (a particle has definite location - a wave does not). But it's not a "real contradiction" (ie, square circle). It has more to do with the limitations of the concept being applied.

The same thing works with "God is in two places at once." If you think of localizing God in some way that has a definite location like a particle, then trying to talk about God's omnipresence makes no sense. But (to stretch this analogy to the breaking point), if we think of God's location in a wave-like manner, we have no problem with at least conceptualizing God's omnipresence in the same way that a wave is not in just a single location.
