This is barely even worth its own thread. But not much has been posted here for a while, so I'm going to guess I can slide in this random not-really-news article that mixes together a bunch of RGT-ish things.

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/texas-pa...mophobic-slur/

Here's the basic story: A gay Christian pastor in Austin, TX orders a cake from Whole Foods requesting that it reads "Love wins." He apparently doesn't even look at the cake until later and discovers that the cake contains a homophobic slur right in the middle of it. A lawsuit has been filed because that's how it's done in 'Murica.

Someone is going to look really bad at the end of this. My money is on the pastor.

Bathrooms and cakes; this is what we focus on in America. ::shakes head::

And how did he not notice? It's pretty obvious in the photograph. I don't believe that a Whole Foods' employee did this.

After a deeper investigation of Mr. Brown’s claim, we believe his accusations are fraudulent and we intend to take legal action against both Mr. Brown and his attorney.
Edit: In the video, you're supposed to be watching the bottom right register. I had to watch it a few times to figure out where the attention needed to be.

Isn't it pretty standard to look at your cake when picking it up? It's hard to believe no one noticed. I guess some staff member could have sneaked around and sloppy put that icing on, but you'd think they'd have video of that too. The simple answer here is the dude made it up.

Yes and it has been for centuries. If you mean openly gay then the answer is also yes. There is a gay Episcopalian bishop for example.

No, its not a thing. You can't be both. In theory you can be a christian and a homosexual if one never acts out their homosexual disposition.

Does that go for all sinners or just homosexuals. Like if a preacher is having an ongoing affair with a women is he no longer a preacher?

How does it work? Does one remove the 'Christian' from a person with special tools?

Pastor admits he made it up!

I hope that Whole Foods does not drop their counter suit. This type of behavior needs to be punished.

Sadly, Whole Foods already dropped their lawsuit against this lying maggot.

What's the score in the contest of lies made about LGBTQ people by pastor-types and lies made by gay pastors about grocery store employees?

That's one lie for gay pastors and a practically uncountable amount of lies about LGBTQ people by pastor- types. The gay pastors will never catch up at this pace.
