morality is part pre programmed and part environmental. It has been shown that some people lack empathy and actually enjoy seeing suffering and that this can be genetic.

Which means some people are genetically more likely/ less likely to be moral. that been said it is also highly environmental.

if you observe animal behavior this becomes quickly apparent. In the wild dogs will happily steal, however most dog breeds when brought up in the house learn not to they actually learn that stealing is wrong, and show guilt if caught.

They know they are not supposed to do that. this all comes from the fact that we are social animals and in order to survive in any given society one needs to learn the dynamics of that society and what they can and cannot get away with.
effectively its more complex then this but it could be broken down as stealing item B has benefit of 16 but getting caught stealing item has pain 32 but what is likelihood of getting caught.

due to repetitive experiences in earlier life we learn that doing X is wrong.

God has an effect to some degree in this regard due to the fact that people fear this god punishing them and hope for reward.

However it is highly limited by the small fact that god does not actually exist.
this then causes issues when people noticed that in fact they were not punished for the unforgivable sin of using a word in the wrong context. When they were not rewarded for spending 4 hours a day wondering the street trying to persuade people that deity X exists.

Thus the effect of a deity lacks effect to some extent due to the fact no deity actually interacts.

however the social peer pressure and consequences of punishment, do have a direct effect on morality. and moral outlook.

when I was religious i used to wonder how i could be moral without a deity, when I lost my faith I thought i was now going to become a selfish uncaring immoral person, however i found that did not happen because I still cared about other living things.

I will still try to help a living creature suffering, because i do not like seeing that suffering.

Ironically I find social peer pressure encourages me to be less moral then my natural inclinations but I have recently decided I do not like who I am because of appealing to the generic socially accepted standard and therefore need to branch out more towards been my own individual.

I decieded I don't want to know was closer to I don't care. I have as much interest in a proof that God Does not exist as one that "Frodo Baggins", "Lord Peter Wimsey" or "Bugs Bunny" dont exist.

Not saying I might not be amused by a well structured proof that Bugs Bunny does not exist.

Ears, confirm the existence of God.

Or a least intelligent design.

I'd rather know the truth than be stuck in the matrix.

Give me the red pill.

Dunno if you're talking about the historical effort to understand how single bone reptilian hearing transitioned to 3 bone mammalian hearing, but there is fossil evidence for changes in the reptilian jaw, parts of it being used in hearing and bits separating to form the mammalian ear bones.

Even if that controversy had not been mostly resolved, not finding something in the fossil record to explain any one of the billions of evolutionary changes would hardly prove intelligent design.
