1.Every human commits sins
2.A sin is a sin no matter what the degree is(correct me if I'm wrong)
3.A person is judged by his deeds if he didn't get a proper chance to accept Jesus
4.Tarzan never hears about Jesus and he commits sins because he's human
Isn't 3 useless as all humans commit sins? The only way to salvation is through Christ right?
If Bible is a way for humans to live a good, christian life and Tarzan never read bible, where would he get his morals(since Christians believe morals only come from God and his book)?
Why would a muslim ever go to heaven? why would Gandhi ever go to heaven(he admitted to committing minor sins but a sin is a sin and he never accepted Jesus as the savior)? why would tarzan ever go to heaven? in what scenario do any of these guys have a chance?
What about ALL the people on this planet who have ever lived and never heard of the Bible and God. Did these people go to Heaven after they died or are they burning in hell right now for all the sins that they commited? What do the Theists on this board think about this question ?

I don't believe that. I know plenty of moral, nice atheists who are hell bound if they stay the course they're on.

If you lived thousands of years ago...OT times for example...you were judged on your works & how you kept the law. Jesus hadn't even been born yet.
what am i missing here? let's say a guy who lived 10,000 years ago lived a clean life except in one instance when he cheated on his wife. is he going to heaven? i mean, everyone sins at one point or another right?

if you agree everybody sins and agree that you can still go to heaven if you don't hear about jesus, you are saying going to heaven w/o jesus doesn't mean you have to lead a perfect(that is, sinless) life?

No. Not unless he repented & sacrificed an animal offering as atonement. In addition to that there were usually a whole lot of procedures that went with this. Read the OT if you haven't already & you'll see what I mean.

Not exactly. You said it yourself...men are inheritantly sinful. Thus they can not keep the law 100%. There is no salvation through a works based religion. One sin or a gozillion sins, you're still a sinner. Do you see why Christ had to die on the cross as a substitute for our transgressions?
