You stated "[I]f only God commands what is good, then good isn't relative but absolute." No, if God is posited as omnipotent, this is not necessarily true at all: he/she/it can be the sole wellspring of "good", and that good can still be absolutely morally relative.

Not sure where you're getting confused as far "absolute moral relativism" is concerned. I included the "absolute" to make clear that there are no set abstractions, given that "moral relativism" is a term used loosely.
