Best/Worst Radio Evangelists Best/Worst Radio Evangelists

I just drove halfway across the country and was treated to a wide variety of Christian radio. It was that or country music.

Anyhow, I'll often listen to radio evangelists even when I'm home, usually the messages are uplifting. My all time favorite is Chip Ingram, even though I heard him say something that made me change the channel today (he said the words "that's not what God intended"). But I generally like his messages, and I like his voice for some reason.

Do you guys know of any? Who do you like or hate? Another guy I like is Alistair Begg (I think that is his name). I like his accent when he gets all fired up. I'll post some links later, but I'm on my phone now.

I used to listed to radio preachers 2-3 hours a day on the Christian talk station here in Dallas. Agree Alistair is fun to listen to. I love his accent.

Charles Stanley is also a good one. His voice reminds me of a caring grandfather.

Joel Osteen is good, if you just want to be encouraged/motivated. His message is so devoid of actual scripture, it can apply to anyone.

My tolerance for any of them lasts about 10 minutes these days, then I'm flipping stations again.
