I suggest looking at Wiggleworth's Standard to get some idea about them. There are certain basic attitudes that promote spiritual growth.
Wiggleworth's Standard explains that developing these key attitudes isn't really an analytical or intellectual exercise. So I'm not going to dig them up to list them. I'm just saying this so you're more aware that religious people do have their own ancient spiritual ways they follow.

So when you talk about 'seeking', you're referring to - seeking particular 'attitudes' (e.g. optimism/happiness) - rather than seeking
truth?
Can you explain some of these attitudes? and how one goes about 'seeking' them out? I'm interested in hearing about it from
you, and not through a book, so please stop referencing material. You are the self-proclaimed
spiritual mama around here, no? Teach me something.
