Re: Seeking MTT Backer
Woah, lol. I just logged in and found out I have all these fans.
As for that post, my intention was to offer insight as to why someone would run on a backer for a large sum of money.
I guess it is this line that conjures up the fury.
Quote:
|
Money is the root of all evil, don't act surprised. His greed is in conflict with yours. For if you were in his position, I'm sure you would do the same thing.
|
Probably not the best choice of words on my part at the time, but none the less I wrote it. Sure.
I'll be back in the evening to check up on this thread.
Cheers,
Ophidion

Re: Seeking MTT Backer
LOL.
I don't think it's one line. The whole post is pretty whack. Seems like if someone stakes you they pray for medium scores.
"He's at the FT, god I hope he takes 5th so I get paid."

I can only speak for myself. The reason your post comes across so bad is that it doesn't seem like you're just explaining someone else's logic and reasoning, it really seems like it's the logic and reasoning you use yourself. Judging by your post it seems pretty clear cut that you would do the same in that situation. Which is why you'll more than likely never be staked using your (presumably) real name again.

Are you for real?
Here are some other quotes from your post want to explain these?

I completely agree. I guess I'm quite the persuasive writer, lol.
Writing is an art form after all...
Nonetheless, I understand the communities concerns and accept all consequences.

There are more then simply concerns; You admit to having no real morality or conscience.
