My name is Ryan and I've been running a small stable of 10 to 25 players for the past year or so. I've had a few guys head off on their own over the past month so I am looking for some quality grinders to add. The staking economy has been growing quickly in recent months and it seems new stables are popping up every day. I differentiate myself from my colleagues through VERY competitive profit split %s, the respect I give my fellow players, and most importantly a cool demeanor. I'm not here to intimidate you and I would hate to be that backer everyone fears reporting a losing week to. I hope you will find me honest, understanding, and caring in working with me.

I still actively play poker and have good results since Black Friday so I will be able to competently discuss hands with you. The biggest concern for me is your profitability and I'm willing to work with you to make that happen. *

My Expectations: -
You will be a proven winner at your current level of play with graphs, screenshots or PTR links to prove it. Whilst I understand that some new members to 2+2 will be 100% trustworthy, I believe it is important that you have been active on 2+2 for some time before you are ready for a stake. Honesty and trust are a must and will be earned.

Terms: -
All terms will be negotiated based on experience, references and reputation. Better terms will be available to those that have proved over time that they are winners. The contract will contain a clause allowing for increasing the % split in the favor of the stakee should results be beyond expectation.

Have been staked by Ryan since ~January, and it has been an excellent experience. I have had 10+ offers for staking deals and our split is the best I have received. Also, I have had 3 other backers and I haven't been treated better or felt more comfortable. Have never felt worried about him getting mad about downswings or volume issues or anything like that. I'm in a Skype chat group with him and several others so naturally we discuss hands in there, but even if we weren't I'm sure we would talk hands often. Another thing that has set him apart from my other backers is his willingness to let me play higher than before. Most of my volume with Ryan has been on BCP on the Merge network but recently have split the roll up onto Lock and Stars as well, so he is willing to allow other sites. Also, I have recommended my brother (a non-2p2er) to Ryan and he has been getting staked on BCP and Lock for a few months now and would also provide a good review.

Ryan has backed me online since February of this year. I know this sounds cliche, but I truly have had nothing but positive experiences with him. I've been backed for both online and live in the past by a few different stables, and Ryan has without a doubt handled himself in the most laid-back, yet professional manner of them all. More than a few times, I've been in a jam and Ryan has gone above and beyond what I would even expect a reasonable backer to do to help me out of it. I have been staked by Ryan since January as well. In my experience, he has been a solid, stand up gentleman and very easy to work with. The hand history reviews have been huge for my game as I've been able to move up stakes relatively quickly. And as mentioned above, he is very reasonable in his expectations. This deal is definitely +EV if you're looking to improve your game and take shots at higher levels imo.
