Why should you back me? I've been a full professional gambler for over a decade. I'm a veteran and I have learned a lot over the years. I have a lot of experience across a variety of different formats of professional gambling, from online play, to card counting blackjack and other forms of casino AP, to being a live pro. I have just moved back to Vegas after living and working here for nearly 10 years. Who am I?

My name is Zachary Young. I am a 32 year old professional gambler from Canada. I use the screen name 'Meistro' on Pokerstars. I have been a professional gambler for virtually the totality of my adult life, so around 12 years. I used to be a high limit blackjack card counter and have been banned from all the resort casinos in Ontario and backed off from many more places. I started playing poker in my late teenage years / early 20s and have been pretty serious about it ever since. My experience is pretty broad in both live and online play has been almost exclusively in big bet poker. I used to be fairly successful and played some pretty big games regularly, especially a lot of live plo in Alberta for a few years but I also traveled across Canada and played everywhere. I used to have a lot of non gambling related leaks with regards to recreational substances and women but that is not in my life at present, I just wake up and grind and then watch some tv and sleep and that is it. I start every morning with a VERY strong pot of coffee and that is it.


Here is my most recent sample. As you can see I have been putting in massive hours (12+ a day) and pretty solid volume. Last month I played approximately 250k hands of zoom PLO $10 and $25. I didn't do that great, slight winner AFTER rakeback but putting in such massive volume in a pretty tough field was a positive learning experience. Right now I am just playing reg tables and game selecting pretty rigorously and doing quite well. My play right now is mostly 6 handed games. As you can see by my stats my style is tight and aggressive bordering on nitty. Actually I have been running pretty good too, over this sample I am 305.13$ above EV. But I have been playing great, game selecting really well and just in general things have been going really well. This particular grind I am on right now is two weeks old and ongoing. I am on PLO $25 right now and planning to advance to PLO $50 hopefully somewhat soon once I have enough buy ins. I started with $120, CAD $110 of which came from a friend and am now up to around 1380 so +1270 over a two week period. And we have been using very safe bankroll management the whole time, starting at PLO $5 and working our way up with like 25 buy in bankroll management strategy. Basically I just play from about 30 minutes after I wake up (make some coffee and watch some games and note people or colour code them as fish reg etc. my brain doesn't work right first thing in the morning but I do play best early on in the day when I am still fresh) until about 3 hours before I go to bed. I find the last 3 hours of the day my play starts to degrade and I am more vulnerable to tilt and frustration. So I just watch TV for the last three hours of the day but otherwise I just grind non stop.

Ideally I could get staked on another site aside from Stars so that I can do there what I have done on Stars, which is basically get hands on and colour code the totality of the pool so that I can optimally game select. My end game is to be able to play the best two or three games across all of the poker sites. Obviously the higher I get started the better but I could start as low as PLO 10 and try to grind it up, especially if you are open to somewhat more aggro bankroll management like 15 or 20 buy ins. I am open to the idea of a Stars stake as well, in which case I would end my present bankroll and split the proceeds with my friend but then we would have to start with at least PLO 25 since that is where I am at the present.

I do offer full makeup and am willing to work hard and put in serious volume and man hours. I've got a lot of experience and a pretty decent understanding of the game and it's dynamics. If you are interested in backing me I don't mind if you want to see a sample of my play, I can record a 10 minute video for you of me playing and give you my thought processes so that you can evaluate my play. Or you can watch me in real time so long as I am playing with your money (obviously I cannot let you watch me in real time when I am playing on my present Stars roll since you could sit me and use my hole card knowledge to crush me).

Hello, My name is Brad. I have been playing Poker of some sort for over 20 years and have been playing Hold 'em in Casinos or online for over 15 years now. I have never had a losing year in poker and yet I have never been able to separate myself to build a good enough bankroll... I've played for a living in different times in that time span.
