Withdrawing

If I deposit with my debit card, and provide my Swift code when I cash out, will my withdraw process be sent to my bank account? Even though I put money on with my Visa debit card(not a regular credit card) and not through bank-wire deposit?

Re: Withdrawing

It's always gone to my checking account and I made my original deposit via WU. On a side note, my most recent w/d is taking like 3x longer than all of the other ones. Support kind of brushed off my email, which is weird since they've always been so good at CS and processing.

Re: Withdrawing

I found that if i submitt a wd on a friday after like noon eastern time its not processed untill sometime saunday night (their monday morning)...

also mky last wd took a bit londer but that could be because banks were closed and extra day or 2 b/c of holiday and weekends dont count. Normally takes like 6 weeksdays for mine to process.

Re: Withdrawing

It depends on where you are located and if you use a Visa or Mastercard to deposit. Visa in Europe, it goes back to your card. Visa in Australia, Canada, or US, it goes to your bank account. Mastercard anywhere, to your bank account.

@Lydia

my last two withdrawals (Bank Wire) took way longer than in October or November - is there any possibility to speed them up, cause I am waiting for my money since 9 days. Cashed out parallely vie Neteller and than Bank Wire and got the money two days before (7 days duration). EU-withdrawals take 2 days usually.

Hi,

Send me your username and I'll do some investigation on this. Same for you, sf168. I'll get back to you on Monday with some answers.

We have been having a couple problems processing wires to the US lately, almost all of them resolve-able once reported. We're looking for a new bank, but in the meantime, report any problems, and we'll get them fixed. Wires to the EU are generally faster, but still sometimes delayed on the bank's side.

There's no need to be concerned by this. All gaming sites cycle through banks and payment providers fairly regularly, particularly the non-ewallet ones. When there's a problem with one when there isn't a quick replacement, some delays can occur. I'm pretty sure this is what happened with the recent check withdrawal problems people were having with other sites. 99% of our withdrawals are going out without problems, but we do have more delays than usual.

Best regards,
Lydia

Re: Withdrawing

....Wires over 10k to the US are also held sometimes by your bank. They will attempt to contact you to find out what the wire is from (to report for taz reasons). If you dont answer they ill just hold it untill you contact them. You can tell them you are in the intertainment industry when they call. Also doing (2) 9ks wont solve this either they will hold the second one (if they are a good bank)... It 10k per month has to be reported and logged.

Re: Withdrawing

It has been almost a month and I still haven't received the wire transfer I made ~$9200.

Last week I withdrew funds via Quicktender and that took a few days to go through. I never had problems with Quicktender with numerous wire transfers, they were always really fast and reliable.

I thought the Eurolinx Wire Transfer option would be as good but I was wrong. Support team has yet to contact me via email.......

Re: Withdrawing

i seem to be losing alot of $$$ when i withdraw via the banking method to my australian account.

the wire is VERY quick (1-2 days to reach my account), but i'm losing like 30-40 USD on every 500 dollar withdrawal...the current xe.com exchange rate.
whereas if i use moneybookers i get a way better rate.
im wondering is this on my banks end? or is it the bank that eurolinx is using?

For all wires that are not in Euros, we use USD. Our bank isn't doing the currency conversion on wires to Australia. If you'd like, we can try sending the next one in Australian dollars. Perhaps our bank uses a better rate than yours. If that works out more in your favor, we can continue that way. Just let Support know if that's how you want to do it.
