Re: Updates with Most Recent Software Upgrade

Wow I just noticed the Heads Up PLO tables are gone. I guess there's another game of mine that will now be played at Stars and Full Tilt.

Thanks again MGS!

Because it sure looks that way. Why have they suddenly killed the 20/40, 50/100 and 100/200 limit games? The 20/40 went all the time. The 50/100 occasionally, but it was damn good when it went. What possible can there be for this? Since when is having more table options a bad thing?

Is it me or is there a serious decrease in NL action the last few weeks? I've seen the 50/100 go once. The 5/10 and 10/20 have been so slow that I've been forced to re-deposit at poker stars so that I can get my hands in. Man this is infuriating. Right now its 2:20pm EST in the US, thats 8:30 in most of Europe, PRIME TIME. And there is exactly 2 5/10 nl games going and zero 10/20 games going. This has been the norm for a few weeks now.

This is some of the worst management from a network I've seen in a long time. When is the Ladbrokes players gonna be at the prima tables? I thought that was supposed to have happened by now?
there has been more 1/2 and 2/4nls since the 1.5/3 has been removed.

a lot of ppl dont like playing short handed so its easier to get more games going at the lower levels (with less options) imo then a bunch of short handed games that break every 40 hands imo @ 3 levels.

Re: Updates with Most Recent Software Upgrade

Hi guys,

These are legitimate concerns that we're working with Microgaming on. Thank you all for your comments. They are all being considered. I have no good answers for you at the moment, but hopefully that will change.

In response to the question about accounts being in Euros - it's something that we're working on, but it's still a bit far down the road. It's a very complex change on our side.

Best regards,
Lydia

if you do go down that path you should make sure people can still deposit in US dollars to avoid exchange rate fees.

A lot of non-americans like myself still have all their ewallets in US dollars for ease of moving money around.

No worries, the plan right now is to allow accounts to be held in USD or EUR, dependent on customer choice.

I must emphasize that this is something that will take us a long time to finish.

Why so long? There are a bunch of other skins on Microgaming that already have that options a long time ago.

This couple weeks my BR decrease a bunch because of this. I almost changed to Unibet but... GBU, reload bonus, races and live chat support... to good to pass.

Off topic:

Why do we have to deposit to clear the reload bonus? I remember a few months ago when i cleared a reload bonus, i just had to transfer the money that i had in the "poker account" to the "main account" and that was it for activating the bonus. The other day i had to withdraw to Neteller and 4 hours later i deposit again.

Because Eurolinx likes paying deposits fees to moneybookers and others.
