Rewards Shop

How about some 30" monitors and laptops in the store? Any plans on this?

And bring back the cash bonus to the store... please.

Re: Rewards Shop

Hi,

Before we took away the Bottomless Bonuses, we did a pretty detailed study about what they were doing for us in terms of acquisition of new players and retention of old. For retention, they're great, but they were pretty hopeless for acquisition. The Races work for both.

We can't bring back the Bottomless Bonuses unless we take away the Races. The Races are a lot better for a lot of players, and they're much easier to use for getting new players. Thus, Bottomless are gone forever and Races are here to stay.

Let me know what country you want these monitors and laptops shipped to and I'll check if it's possible.

Regards,
Lydia

Re: Rewards Shop

Hi,

I'll check on the 30" for you and will let you know.

Shipping to Finland would take under 6 weeks. It depends on the item. Electronics, under six weeks. Shirts/hats, under 4 weeks. Stoxpoker memberships, under 24 hours.

Regards,
Lydia

Re: Rewards Shop

Maybe a "New Items section"

list everything added to the store in the past 30 days.

i have a ton of pts and am saving for something crazy expensive; along the way i pick up smaller items; camera, book, whatever...

i end up going through all 15 pages of categorys or whatever to see if a new item is added... cause the items are updated often which is nice!!!

It would be nice to just click "New Arrivals" or something and see new items form all categorys....

Re: Rewards Shop

I agree, it would be great to have the choice for more and bigger monitors (Dell or Samsung are good examples) ... Currently there is only one Philipps 19''...

(I am in the Netherlands).

Re: Rewards Shop

Bigger monitors and TVs are in the works. I'm also trying to beef up the watch selection.

The New Items idea is great. I'll forward that to the Shop guys and see what they can do. Thanks!

Yea i sent an email but didnt say soemthing here about WATCHES

i really could use some wacthes Valued (1k-3k)

The Cartier 650,000 pts watch (is like 6k$+ value i belive) and a bit over the top.

Some nice TagHuer or oher ballerpoormans watches would be very pleasing.

That is pretty much why I don't play at Eurolinx anymore

I am never going to have the superhigh volume for the races so I just moved elsewhere. I always know I am missing a ton of value at sites with races if i don't stand a chance. I don't really want to rake for you to put it in somebody elses pocket.
