question about availability in US

I'm going to open an account on your site (I currently reside in Canada), but I'm planning to move to Florida within the year. Will I be able to keep my account/play from there?

i belive u can play in florida. There is some affected states but my buddy plays from florida no problem. (meaning i dont think its an affected state)

Boohaa12 is right. You should have no problems playing from Florida. If you do, just contact us at support@eurolinx.com, and we'll work through it for you (but you really shouldn't).

These are the banned states. If you're in a banned state, I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to help you out.

I just attempted to log in from Ohio and got shot down. The justification was that some states bordering Michigan are now banned. Is this accurate Lydia??

Sort of. It's the states bordering Kentucky. Contact support@eurolinx.com and tell them what happened, and they'll get some information from you that they need to get your account opened again.

Thanks Lydia. I provided the documentation, do you have any idea how long it will take for my account to get unlocked. I saw in an older thread that the process took 1-3 weeks. Is this still the case?

Lydia, any work if micorgaming plans to change there current customer base in usa as to changing there current regs..thanks

I sent in my documentation yesterday, and just got confirmation that my account is no longer blocked. Turn-around time was less than 24 hours, so I am very pleased about this.

Hi scorer,

We don't have any news on this right now. Historically, they inform us of changes in the regulations right before they're changed. No amount of asking before that gets the information out of them beforehand, unfortunately.

FWIW, the latest I heard from them, they have no plans on changing anything.
