Poor CS

What is going on with the live support? Every question I ask has to be forwarded and I will get an email when they've heard back, but I never got any - I'm still waiting for an answer regarding the store for 1 week now for example.

I've never used live support, but I usually get answers to questions I email in a few hours, if not minutes.

live customer support is pretty good in my experience... CS is better than at any other site I've played at, I think. If only they'd bring back dollar tables, and 20/40 NL then we'd be onto something.

hmmm, wonder if they have decreased there employee base and as such support isnt the same and rake races are gone

Hi,

We have one person handling the Shop queries. She can't find an email that's been pending for that long. Can you send me your username and I'll forward it to her?

We haven't reduced our staff size - I'm not sure where that came from. Even if we did (and we aren't), it wouldn't affect our promotions.
