I made a withdrawal by wire around christmas time. I still haven't received it or anything more than a "will look into it". I don't know what the problem is but no matter what it should have been taken care of a looooooooonnnnnngggg time ago. I always thought Eurolinx support was pretty good but this is crap.

I am in the same boat. They keep telling me they sent out the wire on their side..

i recieved my WD from Dec 29th around~ Jan14-16th.

My wd from Jan 7 has not been processed but that is normal.
