We have been graciously allowed to offer a Support Forum here at 2+2. We have been fans of the 2+2 community for years, and we're very excited that we're able to offer support to you directly through the forum.
Our goal is to remain as flexible as possible when answering your questions, but in exchange we do have to ask that you follow some basic rules when posting in this forum:
1. Please do not post any personal information about yourself or other Eurolinx players in the forum. We intend to respect the privacy of our players at all times. Personal information should instead be disclosed via PM to Eurolinx Lydia or Eurolinx Magnus, or via email to
support@eurolinx.com.
2. Please do not ask about rakeback. We cannot talk about it, so save your typing fingers for questions about other promotions, such as the
WPT Boot Camp - Dominican Republic,
Race to 2009, or
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, which has introduced 3 new ways to win at poker.
Accordingly, here are some things that we just cannot talk about.
1. Rakeback.
2. Anything that breaches any of the confidentiality terms we have agreed to with third parties.
3. Any player's personal information, even if that player is asking us to.
Magnus and I will be moderating this forum. Aside from the above, ask us anything. We will try to be around often, but please keep in mind that we tend to work offices hours.
