Depositing from the US

Can you please work on adding new US deposit options, like ewalletexpress and echecks? I've tried using UMW, VISA, and MG, and all were declined. I'd like to give you my money, but I can't.

Re: Depositing from the US

1) its unlikely they will expand much on this as Eurolinx + MG as a whole are not accepting new us customers.
2) use western union its by far the easiest and quickest way to get money on the site (took me about 48 hrs)
*plus el picks up the fees

Re: Depositing from the US

Hi,

boohaa12's answer is correct. We've spoken with ewalletxpress and with eCheck providers for the US, and our conclusion was that our current methods are more reliable and better for the players.

If you haven't tried MoneyGram or Western Union before, maybe you should. They're very easy methods to use, and we reimburse all fees for transfers over $500. And if you want to deposit a lot, perhaps you should try a bank wire. We'll reimburse the fees for that, too, if you send us a screenshot of a statement showing the fee.

Best regards,
Lydia

Most banks don't allow wires to 3rd party accounts. MG declined my transfer to you....

Did you try to do the online MoneyGram transfer? Those have lower acceptance than the ones where you go to the store and purchase one. If you want to do the online one, let me know and I'll PM you a name you can send to as a receiver.

I'm surprised that your bank doesn't allow you to do wire transfers. It's a basic function for most banks.

I didn't mention this before, but if you have money on another site, we can get you in touch with the person we have selling Phoenix Cards, which are scratch-off cards you can use to deposit with. He can accept money on another site and give you Phoenix Cards details in return. It's up to him which sites he accepts funds on, though.
