Anyone else missing $?

About 30-40minutes ago I was playing 4 tables of 3/6 when the tables shut off abruptly. Well prob some type of technical problem, no biggie. But when I check my balance, the money I had in play wasn't put back into my account. I just talked to a Eurolinx live support person, who was helpful as always, and sent in a zipped logger file.

I am not too worried about getting my money back but anyone else had the same problem? I just want to know how fast this will be resolved as the money missing is a good chunk of my roll.

same issue i lost about 500usd and 600euros.

it said that tables were being clossed by site opperator or sometihng..

wierd thing was on both tables it was like midd hand, like on the turn... so it was obvi some freak mistake. i just hope im credited what i had on the thable at that pt as i was about 1.5bi on both tables

Do you think we will have any problem in getting back the money? I had more than 5500 Euro in play and losing that won't be very fun.

tbh i cant comment. I mean they will have to give "some" money back atleast buyins off all players cause that money cant just "dissapear".. on the other hand i got HH showing i was up so i want 100%.. who kows wait and see.



if mg doesnt do the "right" thing im sure EL will...

either way if the sentences look wack im playing and typing lol.

was there a Transfer in your history for documentation purposes of how much was refunded?

yea i sent them awhile ago, or actually i had to upload it and give them a link to DL as it was hooooge. They said sign off the client and they would contact me by email when they are done....

meh im sure itll get cleared up by the time i wake up.... BUT

THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AND NO WHERE NEAR ACCEPTABLE IMO.

Hi guys,

There was a crash on the network that caused this. A lot of players were affected, which explains why it's been taking a little while to get the money back to you. If you have not gotten your money back, email support@eurolinx.com and let them know. If you don't get a satisfactory answer from them within 12 hours (and I really do think you will), PM me.

Have you sent an email to Support yet? If you have and haven't gotten a response, PM me.

Please keep in mind that this is Microgaming handing out the refunds, not us. We'll push them to get it to you, but can't do much more than that.
