1. Is the website down? Why isn't it loading for me?
The internet is basically a network of computers that rely on a series of connections. Occasionally this connection route may temporarily be unaccessible for certain individuals. This is rarely an issue with LeggoPoker and is usually completely out of our control because it is caused by your ISP not being able to find the right path to get to our server. This can happen with any website, and although it is infrequent, it does happen from time to time.
Solution: Wait a few hours and try to connect again. If after a few hours you are still unable to connect please email
support@leggopoker.com
2. I can connect to your website but I cannot stream or download your vidoes.
This is similar to question #1. Our video server is on a global content delivery network which is separate from our main website. Occasionally the link will work for our website but may be temporarily not available for the video server. This is very rare problem.
Solution: Wait a few hours and try to connect again. If after a few hours you are still unable to connect please email
