Question about free trial

Hey there, I used to have TFPT through FTP and have a few questions about signing up.

1. Even though I used to have an active account, do I need to pay the sign up fee since TFPT through FTP is no longer valid?

2. If I go for the seven day free trial and decide to cancel, will both the $30 month fee AND the $100 sign up free be refunded, or just the $30?

Re: Question about free trial

1. If your membership expired within the last 120 days (including TFPT), then the sign up fee would be automatically waived.

2. I'm afraid that only newly created accounts are eligible for the free trial (you wouldn't be able to get it on an existing account by renewing). If you cancelled the trial before the 7 days were up, you wouldn't be billed anything (we'd check that the card is valid, but the $130 charge would occur after the trial period was over).

If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us at support@cardrunners.com (it's usually the fastest way to get a response).
