I am currently no longer a premium subscriber but I will renew my membership (if it is still possible to purchase subscription via PS transfer) if it is possible to somehow get this product without having account on Full Tilt, Moneybookers etc, because Stars is my only option.

Once you have made that payment e-mail email@example.com
1. The confirmation information from PayPal or your account name and/or transaction number from Full Tilt Poker.
2. Your CardRunners or StoxPoker user name.
3. Your old authorization code if you are adding Omaha Manager to Hold 'Em Manager. We will not be able to upgrade you without that code.
Once you have done the above, we will provide you with the authorization code you will need to be up and running!
