Stars is not a payment option. But if you email support@cardrunners.com, we can help you with FT Transfer, Moneybookers, and Paypal.

Thanks

Hi I was using the trial version, but have just purchased it through Cardrunners. I received my serial #, however, Holdem Manager does not prompt me, nor can I find anywhere to enter it.

When you start HEM up it should prompt you right away to
"Register" or "Try" the software. Click on Register!

If for some reason this is not the case, I will have to ask you to speak directly with HEM for help.

Hi, I recently joined STOX, bought my first month with FTP points because I was too impatient to wait for TFPT to kick in (awesome deal btw, tyvm).

Anyway, I already have the small stakes version of HEM, is there any way to get a discount on the upgrade to the full version through STOX?

Hello -

You can upgrade for $15!

If you wish to purchase via PayPal, please send $15 via PayPal to support@cardrunners.com. For Full Tilt Poker transfers, please transfer $15 to "cardrunners" ("A" is first letter of city) on Full Tilt Poker.

Once you have made that payment, email support@cardrunners.com with the confirmation information from PayPal or your account name and/or transaction number from Full Tilt Poker. Also let us know your CardRunners or StoxPoker username. Most importantly, we need your current authorization code for the micro version of HEM. Without it, we cannot offer the $15 upgrade. We will then provide you with the authorization code for the Pro version of Hold'em Manager.

Question... I plan on getting a 1yr stox membership through Poker source online by signing up for one of their promos and was wondering if I qualify for the discounted price for holdem pro

I not sure exactly what you are referring to when you say you "bought a 6 month membership from a fellow board member". Re-selling of memberships is not allowed. Why didn't you just signed up directly?

Hi Jim / CR members.

can anyone tell me if there is any training vids on Card Runners on how to make the most of Holdem Manager (like the sats, HUD, what stats to look for and aim for etc)

I recently bought the Holdem Manager and was chuffed as im not very tecky. After what seem an age to get the HUD working what seemed to put me on life tilt I could really do with watching a vid by one of the CR instructors to make the most of it.

Thanks in advance

P.S - Dont know if it was luck but had it on yesterday for the 1st time and managed to win a sattalite to the GUPT main event! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

We have a couple things that could help you here.

Firstly, our old video admin made a HEM video designed to help people get started - I would suggest trying that first. It is titled "Hold 'Em Manager Tutorial" and can be easily found via our search engine.

The other option is to take a lesson with Brent "mglmstr" Clearman, our HEM coach. He charges $75/hour and is a wiz with the program. He actually wrote the manual for Roy and the guys at HEM. His students have had nothing but great things to say!

I hope this helps.

Only 1 copy per Gold/Premium member. But I believe that Holdem Manager does allow you to install it on 2 machines.

Jim -

Any update on the Holdem Omaha Manager add-on question?

EDIT: Sorry, didn't see the other thread.

I don't understand this post completely. Do you mean that if we don't have payment options other than Stars transfer, we can mail support and they will somehow arrange transfers (for example I send 50$ to someone on Stars and they pay via full tilt for me) or are you just listing payment options that are availible?

I am currently no longer a premium subscriber but I will renew my membership (if it is still possible to purchase subscription via PS transfer) if it is possible to somehow get this product without having account on Full Tilt, Moneybookers etc, because Stars is my only option.

It does mean we don't accept Stars transfers. Stars will not allow us to accept them in our Stars account. We were simply offering you other transfer options besides Stars.

Our payment options are as follows:

You may pay via credit card, PayPal, or transfer on Full Tilt Poker. For credit card purchases, simply go to the Hold 'Em/Omaha Manager purchase page here:

http://www.cardrunners.com/HM/

For PayPal or Full Tilt Poker transfer, the pricing is:

Hold 'Em Manager: $50
Omaha Manager: $50
Both: $100

If you wish to purchase via PayPal, please send the appropriate amount via PayPal to support@cardrunners.com. For Full Tilt Poker transfers, please transfer the appropriate amount to "cardrunners" ("C" is first letter of city) on Full Tilt Poker.

Once you have made that payment e-mail support@stoxpoker.com with:

1. The confirmation information from PayPal or your account name and/or transaction number from Full Tilt Poker.
2. Your CardRunners or StoxPoker user name.
3. Your old authorization code if you are adding Omaha Manager to Hold 'Em Manager. We will not be able to upgrade you without that code.

Once you have done the above, we will provide you with the authorization code you will need to be up and running!

It should have been sent to you but if you don't have it feel free to e-mail me directly at michael@stoxpoker.com or call me on Skype (username: skelmr).

On pokersource you can get it for free
12-03-2009 , 03:32 AM
You can also get it free directly at Holdem manager for signing up at a pokersite using HEMs code (just like at pokersource).

You can also get it free at cardrunners for using cardrunners rakeback.
