FAQ for Hold'em Manager discount program

Q1: What is this program about?

A1:
We are making Hold'em Manager, the most highly respected tracking program in the poker industry, available to CardRunners members at a discount. Rather than paying the normal $89.99 retail price, CardRunners members will pay just $55. It's yet another benefit to being part of the CardRunners community.

Q2: Is this available for non-paying members of these sites?

A2:
Unfortunately, no. Only paying Gold members and those who have joined via the Truly Free Poker Training program, are eligible.

Q3: What payment methods are available?

A3:
We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or Full Tilt Poker transfer. If you wish to pay using PayPal or Full Tilt Poker transfer, please contact support@cardrunners.com.
For credit card purchases, login with your CardRunners username and email to have the discount applied.

Q4: Is there any fine print?

A4:
Just the usual stuff: We reserve the right to terminate or modify this program at our sole discretion. The decision of CardRunners management is final. You know the drill.

I purchased this this morning and got the confirmation screen, but haven't received an email yet. Is this normal or is there a problem? Thanks.

Hello, I was wondering how many registration keys I will recieve if I purchase HEM through cardrunners. I know that you recieve 2 when purchasing it directly from HEM and I was really hoping this is still the case through cardrunners.

Thank you for the reply.

Hi Jared -
Yes, the HEM that you purchase through CardRunners/StoxPoker is identical to the one you buy through normal retail channels. Including the ability to install it on two computers.

Thank you for this amazing deal! I already own PT3, but I've been curious to get HM. Had some issues with the trial, and I assume mine is expired by now. Anyway with all the great feedback I've heard about HM I'm sure its an +EV gamble that its worth the money

One thing though, the page where you request the Credit Card number is not encrypted. I think its very careless to ask people to give their CC numbers unsecured. Luckily you allow alternative payment options, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.

I recently signed up for CR using Truly Free Poker Training and I'm currently working to get my 4500 points. Can I purchase HM at $45 now or do I have to wait till I get all my points first?

Thanks

Can I sign up via FTP points and get this deal?

Unfortunately, no. You have to wait until you become a full Gold member. If you earn your 4500 points during January, then you'll become a CardRunners Gold Member on February 1st or 2nd. At that point, you'll be able to purchase Hold'em Manager for $45.

Can I sign up via FTP points and get this deal?

Very definitely. Buy a CardRunners membership in the Full Tilt store, and then in two or three days [1] you'll have your CardRunners membership all set up. At that point, you're eligible to purchase Hold'em Manager for $45. In fact, StoxPoker members have this same opportunity, so you can purchase a one-month StoxPoker membership for 5K points, [1] and then during that month you can purchase Hold'em Manager for $45. Of course, we think you'll get hooked on Stox and continue your membership, but that's your problem

[1] Please note that it takes 48-72 hours for us to process the CardRunners and StoxPoker memberships that you purchase in the Full Tilt store.

I must say thank you guys.

I had been using PT3, but the offer of Holdem Manager
and the advice of a few friends that had tried both,
i went ahead and bought it.

Inital installation was ok,
and the software just runs fantastically,
and is very easy to use.

Congrats for this offer guys..

How many points do I need from Truly Free Poker Training for the Stox level of membership that allows me to get this discount.

Basically how many FTPs do I need to earn to get this discount if I go Stox route?

Basically how many FTPs do I need to earn to get this discount if I go Stox route?

There are two "shortcuts"...

1. You want it right now, zip over to the Full Tilt Poker store and for 5K Points, purchase a one-month Stox membership. Within 24-48 hours, you'll have your membership and can purchase Hold'em Manager for $45.

2. If you're willing to wait until the end of the month, you can join Truly Free Poker Training, and if you accumulate 625 Points, that gets you one week of StoxPoker, starting on the first of the month. During that one week, you're eligible to purchase Hold'em Manager for $45.

My lord Lee, 625 points for this discount?! Man if I were slightly disgruntled and overtly gay I'd probably stalk you!

I just bought Holdem Manager with this offer. I have only one computer at the moment but plan on getting a laptop soon, and I would like to know how it will work if I want to install in on the second one. I received only one registration key, so do I just use it the 2 times, and it will work? Or will I have to do anything special?

Edit : When installing, I had a popup saying "Your license supports multiple machine profiles, please select the profile you would like to activate", with "PC #1" and "PC #2" as choices, so it seems it will be very easy and I just have to pick "PC #2" next time. Thanks for the great offer!
