Can durrrr be a cr coach?

Why not? He's literally one of the best nlhe players in the world. And also raptor and tom are pretty good friends so I don't see why durrr doesn't make at least one video just for fun as well as to make some money. I mean many high stakes poker plpayers made videos like ziigmund, phil galfond, david benefield. I just think that it's a good investment for tom and it would be so interesting to see his thought processes on the whole thing.

I mean seriously I can't understand how he can play so loose and still make profit.

Also on a side note: who's the better player? Durrrr or raptor? HU and 6 max nlhe. i think durrrr but raptor is a sick player as well and they're styles are pretty similar. It would be cool if raptor made a video hu against durrrr and just offered his thoughts on whatever. Obv raptor might get owned a couple of times (not because raptor's bad but because durrrr is good) but hey, it would be great to watch.

Re: Can durrrr be a cr coach?

Before you crown him poker king lets see his results in 5 years from now.

I've never seen anyone shove as often as this guy does with nothing but a prayer.

Yeah he's great, on hsp he raise with junk so many times and had the deck hit him like it did Jamie Gold in the wsop. Yep thats great poker, reraise with 3 5 and flop a boat. Wait til the luck runs out.

Re: Can durrrr be a cr coach?

if you actually read durrrr's posts online in the 2p2 forum, you can see he puts a lot of thought into his decisions, calculating ev and definitely thinking about op's range as well as his peceived range. i think that his style works so well for him because of his image. if he played micros, i think his strategy would change but i think that durrrr is an amazing hand reader and gets away with a lot because hecan read so well.

Re: Can durrrr be a cr coach?

Ziigmund has 10 min vids which are for fun not to educate ppl dunno why you include him lol.

Why should he create vid for few k$,its like asking why ivey isnt working for cr.

Durrrr would crush raptor hu.

The point is Durrrr doesn't want anyone to understand his style. Just like Ivey doesn't want to give anything away also.

agreed, defintely a -ev move for him. Unless he owns his own training site I don't see him making videos.

Re: Can durrrr be a cr coach?

I'd like to see a 2 part HU vid with 2 name players, and see it from both perspectives.

Don't think durrrr would want to do this as a hobby, but maybe a one off?

I especially think Durrrr vs Full Flush featuring respective commentary would be the best.

Re: Can durrrr be a cr coach?

durrr keeps his thought processes secret and there is no hope in hell he would do a video. even when he replies to hands in the high stakes forum he is reluctant to give his full thoughts on the hand away. apparently his thinking during a hand is unique

Re: Can durrrr be a cr coach?

I've heard Durrrr in interviews and he's very careful not to give a lot of information on how he thinks about the game. Someone interviewed him for an article a year or two ago and after the interview Durrrr told the interviewer not to use different things that he said because he thought he gave away too much info. I would love to see a video of him playing and explaining his thought process but I think it's highly unlikely it will happen.

I saw an interview somewhere were he said he "might" do a video for Blue Fire Poker when it first started. Never happened.
