its really pissing me off NOw because I was talking to an aquaintence that I play poker with and I asked him about the action at argosy and I never go to argosy because it is slightly farther away than harrahs/ameristar and usually but not always worse action. He looked at me slightly amazed and was like "dude they closed it down 6 months ago" in a how could you not know way, and im like wtf.

seriosuly, not really. all the hot guys went poker busto i think lol. or in 1-2 cases alternatively became successful enough to were playing 1/2 nl live is neg ev for them.

When i was 21(4 years ago) and the economy was better and the action was 10x, traveling around KC in search of poker games was like a mini vegas experience. Now your only option for making money is to play at harrahs. It's like a 1 room thing.
