When Gildwulf stepped down as mod of bbv4l it was because he was overwhelmed by all the problems it was causing(inline porn, some being of the horse variety), profanity filter dodging, racism and all the free *insert awesome bbv4l poster here* and whatnot. IIRC originally NT! was offering to do this for a short time to just clean it up not to implement to what his opinion or what makes a good post is. Everyone was all up in arms about this because they felt NT! would turn bbv4l into OOT. Now this didnt happen and from what ive seen, there hasnt been too many incidences of inline horseshlong, nudity has been marked and linked for the most part, and the racism and profanity filters are being policed better. This is all stuff i think no one had a problem with. Now everytime I come into bbv4l theres at least 2 threads started by 1 of our ss force of bbv mods, and about 90% of these threads are basically something that should either be in their own personal myspace blog cus, frankly, no one cares being green doesnt mean we wanna know when you take a dump. Also dids no one cares if you dont get laid you dont have to hate on peoples threads who do thats what we like talking about its not our fault you ate too much cheesy poofs. The whole point of regime change was to clean it up and make the higher ups happy that it abides by their rules. Now a reg starts a thread and yes a series of jokes ensues that might only be a sentence or two long, who gives a [censored] if you want to read a page of emo stuff go to OOT this is for [censored] and giggles its supposed to be a joke. But instead the thread always now turns into a bukkake of angstridden mods who basically also just accuse others for sucking at posting when they themselves are only writing a line or two.
so in closing i think you shoud do the job you were assigned to clean up all the stuff against 2+2 rules not gangrat(p)e which threads suck because you dont think they are funny

i know it was a joke, but i really want to be a good manager and when i get accusations like this, it is hard to keep positive. i just want the best for my people at the restaurant.
