my gf has a 04 civic hybrid, she just went to register it at dmv and they said their is a recall on the hybrids and she has to take it to a dealer ship. so gg 2010 sticker

I would guess that's model specific, though. I registered mine a couple months ago and haven't heard any big news of massive recalls.
