He was asking if you deadlifted as much as you weigh. And you answered the question without even realizing it. Such a terrible poster you are.


Also 242 is < I weigh, but I can dead lift it... the last I tried which was like 3 yrs ago I could get 285 up once, but it took considerable effort.

I'm pretty sure I have moobs, because I have never been able to bench more than 175lbs And I can't butterfly dumbbells more than 25 lbs

i am close I'm at 70-80kgs on bench... but been doing incline bench so it's a little less than that
