I'm pretty sure that's just for food snobs who don't actually enjoy eating & just enjoy talking about how cool they are.
Hey AIOTT, sous-vided any eggs lately? Or do you use your immersion circulator?

Open Question: how many eggs do you go through in a week?
Lately? Mostly 0. No time at all during the week to prepare breakfast...just a rush of getting everyone ready, getting food into them & getting them out the door (with more food to eat in the car on the way). & on the weekend just been too worn out to make a nice breakfast.
Usually about 8...one weekend day a week I'll make scrambled eggs with fresh vegetables, bacon (usually turkey bacon :/), pancakes & sometimes hash browns, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, or something else.

I'm attempting to keep up with the 5 chickens I have. Before they started laying I only went through maybe a dozen a month... and mostly due to baking.
Sunny side up is my favorite. Then after throw some more butter in the pan & fry up some bread & you're gtg.
