Hello friends, lbox need your help.

I used to be small and skinny, but today I took a selfie of myself and found out I'm starting to look like Luke. I'm sitting at my computer and breathing like if I ran a marathon. In short, just surviving to life have become hard. Moving from chair to bed or bed to bathroom take a huge effort. I feel so soft and no strength. I reached the critical point, if I keep this lifestyle I will most likely die in this following year.

My plan is to change diet habit and add some physical exercise. Nothing hardcore but I need to move. Problem is even if I know death is imminent, i still can't motivate myself. That's where I need you guys. I've read somewhere that some of you have magical power. Please help me find motivation.

Not sure how you read it... I think in Chicago there's enough light pollution that you likely don't need night vision, but thermal goggles might be cool
