Today is Wednesday.
Middle of the week.
Day of the hump.
End of vacation.
Off to the airport after lunch.

Sports are brilliant. They are the perfect way to show others that you are better than them. When you beat somebody and rub it in their face. Heaven.

JJ, when you coming to Dallas? Maybe we can get a meetup for KB to come hang out also. I think he's nearing the end of his annoyance with the houses.

I have a trip coming up in July, I think. Going to LA wastelands (Shreveport and beyond). Will probably drive so I have an get away vehicle.

Did you guys know that Robins mourn for and protect more than just their mate or babies?

I was sitting outside and I heard a bunch of birds screaming. I went to see what the fuss was about and one of my cats was just finishing a Robin off. Two other adults were on top off bushes in my yard screaming...srsly..it was an ungodly noise.

This morning those same two Robins are sitting on the hydro wire and roof by my driveway, and when the cat that killed the Robin came out they screamed at it for 20 mins straight. Note: my other two cats had been out all morning and they weren't making any ruckus at all.

I'd have agreed with you except for the part yesterday afternoon where they followed the cat and caught Robin into the yard and continued screaming, or that they stuck around and screamed this morning.

Seems abnormally disinterested in their own safety in fleeing a predator, no?

I'm scared of balls, that's the main reason why I don't play them. I don't watch sport on tv because I think its boring and people get stupid while enjoying it.
