Francis. How old are you? Do you have any experience in the matter? Have you been in the work force where hard work in a requirement? Where physical hard work because of lack of education is a requirement? We don't have many people in the country that are willing to do this. We slack off and place blame. we are defensive. I always liked sitting in a meeting with Germans because they seriously hash **** out. Feelings are set aside and the problems are attempted to be solved.

A typical meeting with Americans is how to pass the buck. If my experience was with one company or limited in years than I wouldn't give much stock to my own feeling but I've seen it far too long. fwiw I have been in the workforce for 23 years.

You can find studies that say Americans are some of the most productive workers in the world. How much of that is accounted for the technology that is given to our workers?

I know workers in China that will use bamboo poles to move molds for injection molding machines that weigh hundreds of pounds. I know of a Chinese injection molding company that employs 4000 people on $300 million in revenue. How productive are they?? According to most studies not. But I can tell you I would probably take every last one of them

I whisper this at work but I will trade you two Americans for one Mexican. Most people agree

I hear you when you talk about lazy americans, i see them all the time. I see guys wait 15 minutes for the elevator hoist to go up 1 floor instead of walking their fat ass 30 yards and going up the stairs. There are guys in the union who think they are entitled to super high wage, but don't want to bust their ass for it at all. But this is the minority, not the majority. The majority of our union is very hard working guys; my union is based out of baltimore. A lot of these guys drive an hour an a half every day to get to work at 7am. Meaning they wake up at like 4:30 or something, to get to work at 7, and dont get home till like 6:30. Try that life out sometime and get back to me on how easy it is for ya.
Because they have to make that drive. What are they going to do otherwise?

No

Three production facilities in the States in two different regions - arguably three. Comparing against countless nationalities.

Not to mention that I interact with dozens if not hundreds of representatives from other companies and once the familiarity with one another happens the conversation about this inevitably comes up.

I have NEVER heard anyone say they will take the American work ethic over the Mexican work ethic. Even the most racist son's of bitches and the ones that want to string up every illegal don't argue with it.

if you offer **** pay and its hard work, then **** you , why would anyone work hard for that ... ?

but to latinos who come up from south america, where there are no jobs at all, this is great having a job.. they want to keep it , it is a ton of money proportionately , and they send a lot of that money back to their family in their home country, and most of them are here illegally so ofc they are going to work harder than someone who can just get another job if they get fired , and fallback on unemployment for a while
